Happy 2 months Jenna!

Today Jenna is 2 months old ( I wrote this on my other blog on her actual 2 month mark, Sept 11), and as a gift to her parents she slept 9 hours last night! Nice. Jenna has really come alive these past few weeks. She is smiling lots and doing lots of baby talk. So cute. Just like her older sister, Jenna is a really mellow, good-natured baby, and we are loving every minute of her. She is chubbing out quite a bit (we'll see in two days what she weighs) and is pretty much grown out of all the newborn clothes. She loves to be outside and wants to be facing out so she can check out the world. When we cant get her calmed down we can always put her in the baby swing, she really likes that. She is getting less grunty. Up until now she has been a VERY grunty sleeper, and just kind of grunty in general. Made for some really sleepless nights for a while there. But she has gotten much better. She is getting acquainted with her piggy (the stuffed animal we got her that is the same brand as lucy's monkey) and we are hoping she loves him as much as Lucy loves monks. We'll probably call him "pigs". I like it. Just today Jenna discovered he fist and has been going to town, sucking and licking it. And then when she moves her arm she gets quite upset and it takes her a minute to find it again, sometimes I help her. She loves her binky, just like big sis. We love that she loves it, what a convenience. Every night without fail we'll get her to sleep, either rocking her or in her swing and then when we move her to her bed, she wakes within a few minutes wanting a little more cuddle time, silly girl. She really is good, I think I can count 2 maybe 3 times since she was born that she hasn't gone right back to sleep after eating during the night. Which is awesome. All in all we just love this little girl, and Lucy really loves her too. Every morning lucy says, where's Jenna? And we have to find her and give her a kiss. She fits perfectly into our little family. Love you Jenna!
