Yesterday was Johnny and mines 2 year anniversary. In some ways I can't believe it's been that long and in other ways I can't believe it's only been that long. Either way it's been a blast. Being married to Johnny has been so easy and fun. We didn't plan on celebrating yesterday because we have a night at the Anniversary Inn on Thursday and then we both took work off on Friday. This year it's my turn to do the planning and Johnny only knows about Anniversary Inn. He has no idea what's planned for Friday. I'll post later about all the suprises.
So, since we'd planned to celebrate later this week, last night we decided to go to the temple and out to dinner (since Tuesday is date night). Johnny had a little suprise for me though. When I got off work I cam home and there were probably 2 dozen gerbera daisies waiting for me. They are beautiful, and my favorite! We had gerberas at our wedding too. After the temple and dinner we rented a movie and had a sleepover (pulled the mattress out) in the living room. It was fun, but I can't wait until Friday, I have the whole day planned. Stay tuned for details!
I LOVE YOU JOHNNY!

Hail The Conquering Graduate!
Yeah! Last Saturday May 17th Johnny graduated from BSU! He's worked really hard and I am very proud of him.
Our friend Michael Price was graduating too. His wife is Kim and she's having a baby in August.

Johnny parents. I think his mom was glowing all day, as you can tell from this picture.
Not all my family could make it because of Lindsey's passing, but I was grateful that dad, Jake & Heidi could make it and I know Johnny was too.
After graduation we went to my parents house for a barbecue with about 20 friends and family. Of coarse I didn't think to take a picture until most of them had left, but oh well. It was lots of fun. Thanks to my in-laws for bringing most the food and thanks to dad for manning the barbecue, the food was great!

Lindsey Spjute- We Miss You!!!
The autopsy done on Lindsey revealed that she was perfectly heathly. Nothing was wrong with her. What a testimony to our Heavenly Father's plan. She didn't even taste of death, but was taken home doing something she loved. I feel so lucky to have been able to associate with someone so righteous. She must be more righteous than we ever realized. These past few days have been just awful. My grandma Spjute put it best when she told me "it just feels like you've been shot doesn't it?" It really does. Linz, we'll never forget you, or the way you've taught us to live. Thanks for making me want to strive even harder to be a better person.

Famililes Can Be Together Forever
My cousin Lindsey Spjute has been serving a mission in England. This morning we found out that she passed away. When my mom first told me I was crying so hard I couldn't catch my breath. Shortly thereafter Johnny and I decided to go to the temple. My main comfort I felt while there was that Lindsey was with Grandpa Spjute now who died 2 1/2 years ago. I felt peace but was still feeling such a huge loss.
Lindsey was the type of person who could make anyone smile. I seriously cannot remember ever seeing her mad or act rudely toward somebody else. She always had so much energy and zest for life. I love how much she loved to climb trees, and loved the outdoors. She was jogging through a forest when she died.
Recently the only contact I have had with her has been her weekly e-mails from the mission. She made the Lord's work not sound like work at all. She was truly enjoying helping other people come unto Christ. I had a smile on my face every time I read one of her letters
I am so grateful for the knowledge we have of the Plan of Salvation. What a comfort and joy it brings during such hard times! We will miss you so much Linz, but are so happy we will see you again.
CHEERS!
